What to include in your message
Reporting a bug?
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and which browser and device you used. If you saw an error message, include that too - it helps a lot.
Have a feature in mind?
Tell us what problem you're trying to solve, how you imagine it working, and why it would make your experience better. We like hearing how you think about things.
General feedback?
Tell us what you love, what could be better, and how you're using the calculator. We get curious about that last part especially.
What to expect
Every message reaches a real human. No templates. We read everything, take it seriously, and will tell you straight up if something is outside what we can do.
General questions usually get a reply within 48 hours. Bug reports get a faster look, usually within 24 hours. Weekends might stretch that a little, but we do our best.
We're a small team, so we can't promise 24/7 support or guarantee we'll build every feature requested. But we will always be honest with you about what's possible.
